Ase Healing Center (Delores Place) is a virtual counseling center founded in 2016 by Dr. La'Courtney D. Setzer, a licensed mental health professional with 13 years of experience. The center supports teenagers, young adults, adults, couples, and families in managing trauma related to abuse, assault, and substance use.

Named in honor of Beatrice Delores Culbreath, a respected community leader from Hickory, the center continues her legacy of compassion, wisdom, and service.

The counseling team helps clients overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, panic, low self-esteem, shame, and trauma by building emotional skills, confidence, self-awareness, and healthy boundaries. Couples and family counseling also focuses on improving communication, trust, intimacy, and relationship healing through a supportive, teamwork-based approach.
